McGonigle Parcel
The town purchased 2.5 acres on Waquoit Highway, across from the entrance to Seacoast Shores, from Paul McGonigle in 2001. Considered municipal land, under selectmen’s jurisdiction, the property was acquired as a potential site for a wastewater treatment plant to serve the densely developed Seacoast Shores neighborhood.
