Falmouth Rod and Gun Club
Because of hunting, there is no public access to the woods off Carriage Shop Road in East Falmouth owned by the Falmouth Rod and Gun Club. However, the 102 acres are permanently protected from development by a conservation restriction, which the club put on its property in 1978.
The Cape Cod Beagle Club’s 148 acres nearby, off Old Barnstable Road, were also protected by a conservation restriction in 1978.
