Stewardship Forms for The 300 Committee
Instructions
To complete a form by hand, choose the .pdf version and print. Once the form is completed, please sign it and return the signed copy to The 300 Committee office.
To fill in a form on your computer, choose the Word version. Save it to your computer using the name of the property (e.g. “Cardoza Report”). Complete the form by positioning your cursor in the spaces provided—they will expand as you input more information. When you have finished, save the completed document and email it as an attachment to saveland@300committee.org. Then print a copy and sign it. Please deliver the signed version to The 300 Committee office.
