(Voters adopted Cape Cod Land Bank Bill in 1998. Falmouth approved first purchases with Land Bank funds in spring of 1999. Final purchase was the Boy Scout parcel in the spring of 2005. Town meeting approved the purchase of a total of 900 acres in 31 land transactions, committing over $38,000,000 in future Land Bank revenues.)

- Wyldewood Parcels, Northern Moraine Trail. 145.02 acres. $5,600,000. TM approval spring 2001.
- McKinney, Palmer Avenue. 1.03 acres. $350,000 (Land Bank funded $250,000; town paid $100,000). TM approval spring 2000. (designated for municipal use. FYI: McKinney sold the parcel for $210,000 earlier that year to Charles Doe, who sold it to the town.)

- Augusta Realty, East Falmouth Highway. 23.71 acres. $3 million ($1,500,000 in Land Bank funds; $1,500,00 in Air Force nitrogen mitigation funds). TM approval spring 2003. (for active recreation, municipal use).
- Dorothea Allen, Carriage Shop Road. 71.33 acres. $4,500,000 in Land Bank funds (T3C contributed $25,000 as a “good faith” deposit with sellers). TM approval spring 2004.
- Falmouth Country Club, Carriage Shop Road. 162.42 acres. $3 million in Land Bank funds; $3 from T3C. (Total package for golf club and nearby open space was $15.8 million. Air Force mitigation funds, golf course income helped pay for this.) TM approval spring 2004.
- Losordo (Belmar neighborhood), Shoreview Avenue to Cooper Street. 2.89 acres. $125,000 ($62,500 in Land Bank funds; $62,500 from 300 Committee, which included $48,700 from Belmar neighborhood). TM approval spring 2004.
- Boy Scouts, Deep Pond and Blacksmith Shop Road, Hatchville, 17.78 acres. $1,200,000 acres. TM approval spring 2005.
